You order online, and select a time slot that suits you in the store of your choice. We prepare your items ready – quick, easy, and convenient.

How it works
1. Add products to your shopping cart
Get inspired on our website, find your favourite products and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Choose where and when to collect
At the checkout select Click & Collect, then choose your preferred option (IKEA store, IKEA Pick-Up locker at store or IKEA Pick-Up locker near you) and location that suits you best. Select your preferred collection date / time-slot. If your preferred IKEA store is not available, try another location, remove out-of-stock items from your cart, or order them later when they are back in stock.
Pay securely online. Once your payment is received, we will keep you updated by mail.
3. Pick up your order
Wait for our notification to collect your items at your chosen store or Pick-Up point.
Want to check your order status? You can track your order online by entering your order number.
Check the packaging dimensions and weight to ensure everything fits in your vehicle. You’ll find these details on each product page. Don’t forget to bring your order confirmation when picking up.
