IKEA Click & Collect puts you in control. Order online when it suits you and choose where and when you pick it up. You do that yourself, but we prepare everything for you to speed up the process. Leaving you with more time to do something else.

All IKEA stores offer Click & Collect, so you can decide where and how to pick up your shopping. See below for the rate, the average order processing time, the maximum packaging dimensions, IKEA store locations and more.

Collect from an IKEA store

  • Service price: 4,99€ 
  • Availability: Service available in all IKEA stores.
  • Order available within 24 hours after purchase (except Sundays).
  • Weight and dimensions: no limit.
  • Click & Collect hours and procedures differ depending on the location: Find your store below and see the webpage for more details.

Collect from an IKEA Pick-Up locker

  • Service price: 4,99€
  • Availability: Service available in IKEA Gent.
  • Lockers available 24/7, before and after store opening. Also on Sunday!
    Best option when your schedule does not match with our opening hours.
  • Weight and dimensions: weight – no limit; dimensions – the biggest article should be up to L3000xW950xH1150.

Collect from a parcel Pick-Up Point

  • Service price: 2,99€ / 4,99€ / 9,99€    
    1. For purchases between 0€ and 99,99€:
      • 2,99€ for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members.
      • 4,99€ without IKEA Family account.
    2. For purchases more than 100€:
      • 9,99€ for all customers.
  • Availability:  Collection possible from around 2800 Pick-Up Points and Parcel lockers of our external partner.
  • Order available within 4-5 days after purchase (except Sundays).
  • Weight and dimensions: we only deliver small articles to parcel Pick-Up Points (up to 100x50x70cm and 30kg).  

How Click & Collect works

  • Find inspiration on our website, choose your products and add them to your shopping cart.
  • To create a shopping cart, click ‘ADD TO CART’ next to the product and follow the instructions.
  • Check your cart when you’re done. Now select the collection location: choose the IKEA store, IKEA Pick-Up locker or parcel Pick-Up Point that’s most convenient for you. 
  • Select your preferred collection date / time-slot. 
  • Pay securely online. As soon as we receive your payment we’ll send an email to the email address you provide to confirm your order.
  • As soon as your order is ready we will send you a second email. You can pick your shopping up on the date and at the location you selected. When you arrive just follow the arrows.

Good to know

  • You will be shown the available timeslots before you pay.
  • If you are unable to order from your preferred IKEA store, try another location, remove articles that are not in stock from your shopping cart or order them later when they come back on stock.
  • Check the packaging dimensions and weight to make sure everything fits in your vehicle. You can find those details on the specific product webpages.
  • Be sure to have your order confirmation with you.
