Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Your plans have changed? No problem. Simply change your delivery date yourself in our self-service portal using your order details.

Sometimes things don't go as planned

You know how it is: plans change. Fortunately, in many cases you can still change your delivery date.

How do you do that?

  • Go to our self-service portal.
  • Enter your order number.
  • Use the email address or telephone number you used when placing your order.
  • Choose a new date that suits you better.

What else can you do in the self-service portal?

You can do more than just change the date. You can also:

  • Cancel your order.
  • Track your order with Track & Trace.
  • View additional details about your purchase.

Good to know

  • Always have your order number handy.
  • The sooner you change it, the more choice you will have in new dates.
