Our belief is that everyone should be able to try our products at home – and to change their mind about them. That's why our IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return any IKEA product to us – opened or unopened – within 365 days of purchase.

All our products are tested thoroughly before they come on the market. We also handle them carefully to ensure they are in tip-top condition when you come to pick them up in our store or when we pick your order for delivery. And if something does go wrong, we always have the right solution.
