Can I change the delivery address of my order?

You may be able to change your delivery address, depending on the status of your order. Once your details have been transmitted to our delivery service, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Life is full of changes, we understand that. But once the information has been sent to our delivery service, we can no longer adjust it.
You can check if you can still update your address by logging into your account on IKEA.be, under « My Orders », if the Edit option is visible, you can make the change there.
If you do not see an edit option, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. In this case, please cancel your order (if still possible) and place a new one with the correct address.
