What are the delivery options at IKEA?

IKEA Belgium offers parcel delivery to your home or pick-up point from €5.99, delivery to your home for larger orders from €39.90, delivery to the room of your choice for heavy furniture from €110, as well as an express option available depending on the store, delivered in about 24 hours. You can also use the Click & Collect service to pick up your order in-store or in our IKEA lockers.

1. Upstairs Delivery

For any delivery upstairs, regardless of the volume or weight of the order, you must contact our customer service on +32 2 27 19 19 19. This type of delivery cannot be booked online.

2. Home delivery

Home delivery allows you to receive your order directly at the address indicated. Several options are available. At the time of payment, a wide slot of 6 to 8 hours is offered. The day before delivery, you receive a more precise 2-hour slot as well as an online tracking link. The delivery person will contact you 30 to 60 minutes before arrival.
a. Delivery to your home by truck : Items are delivered to the door of the chosen address. If you live in a building, the delivery is made in front of the entrance hall door and not upstairs. During checkout, you can select the "Authority to Leave" (ATL) option. This option allows the carrier to drop off the order in a place deemed safe in case of absence. The ATL option is valid for orders of up to 200 kg, with a maximum weight of 26 kg per package, only for orders placed via ikea.be and only in the Hasselt and Liège regions.
b. Delivery to the room of your choice by truck: This option is ideal for heavy or bulky furniture. The delivery person brings the items inside your home and places them in the room of your choice. The day before delivery, you receive a time slot of 6 to 8 hours. The delivery person will then contact you 30 to 60 minutes before arrival.
c. Express Delivery: You buy your items in store and our partner delivers them the same day or the next day, directly in front of your home. This solution is fast and flexible when you need your items quickly. The price depends on the distance between the store and your home as well as the total weight of the order. Payment for the transport service is made directly at the exit of the store. Depending on the store, you can either entrust your purchases to the carrier or load and unload yourself. Express delivery is only available in certain geographies and may be offered on Sundays when the store is open.

3. Parcel delivery

Parcel delivery is suitable for small orders, such as accessories or decoration, with a total weight of no more than 30 kg. Delivery can be made to a Bpost pick-up point or at home. At the collection point, the average time is 4 to 5 working days after purchase. For home delivery, the estimated delivery time is 3 working days.

4. Click & Collect

With the Click & Collect service, you order online and pick up your items in the Click & Collect area of an IKEA store or in an IKEA Pick-Up Locker. Pick-Up Lockers are located in select stores or near your home. The list of available lockers can be found on our page Click & Collect. You will receive an SMS or email as soon as your order is ready, with instructions and the exact pick-up location. When picking up, you must present an ID and proof of purchase. Another person can pick up the order with the original confirmation and ID. The order is held for 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up date. For any delivery upstairs, regardless of the volume or weight of your order, you must go through our customer service on +32 2 27 19 19 19. This type of delivery cannot be booked online.
