The "Delivery to your front door" delivery is a practical and economical option: your order is dropped off in front of your home or in the entrance hall of your building.

  1. Convenient: receive your items directly to your home.
    The delivery to your front-door allows you to receive your IKEA purchases directly in front of your home or in the lobby of your building. You don't have to carry your items yourself, which is especially useful for small to medium orders like chairs, tables, desks or accessories. This saves you time and simplifies the organization of your home. This type of delivery is available in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  2. Economical: a price adapted according to weight and address.
    Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address, starting at €39.90. The indicative prices are as follows: up to 50 kg (max. 26 kg per package): €39.90, up to 100 kg: €54.90, up to 200 kg: €64.90, each additional 200 kg: +€25, and for orders over 1,000 kg: fixed price of €190. This pricing guarantees a fair price, proportional to the volume and weight of your items.
  3. Flexible: choose the date and track your delivery.
    You can select the delivery date that suits you and receive a 6-hour time slot for reception. A link allows you to Track your order online at any time, to know exactly when your items will arrive and to organize your presence or that of an adult.
  4. Accessible: delivery to your door
    The IKEA partner carrier will deliver your items directly to your door, within a 15m radius between the vehicle and your home. The delivery includes the transport of up to 6 steps for the stairs; If your access has more steps, the order will be placed at the foot of the stairs.
  5. "Authority To Leave" option: delivery even when you are away.
    In some areas such as Hasselt or Liège, the "Authority To Leave" option can be chosen when finalising your order. It allows the delivery person to drop off your items in a safe place, without the need to sign or be present, considering the delivery to be complete. When the delivery person arrives, the delivery person will ring your doorbell; in your absence, they will drop off the order in the safe place and take a photo as evidence, treated in accordance with the IKEA Privacy Policy. If no Safe Place is available, the order will be returned to IKEA and customer service will contact you to reschedule the delivery. For apartments or buildings, only the front door or the legally accessible entrance hall are considered a safe place. Without activating this option, an adult must be present; Otherwise, the order will also be brought back and a new delivery will be arranged by customer service. This option is only valid with online orders, in the Hasselt region and with a maximum of 200 kg.
  6. Compatible with IKEA assembly service.
