Non-slip underlayGeoffWorks well to stop rugs from moving around. The hardest part was unwrapping the product which was sticking to itself in the folded state. It would have been useful if instructions included how to use it. I found it best to lay it on the floor and roll the rug over it.4

Keeps rug firm on tiled floorBarryVery please we purchased the Stopp Filt at the same time as the new large Lohals rug in the kitchen. We thought the rug may have been firm on ther tiled floor, but not being sure, we bought the Filt non-slip underlay. It works a treat and only very thin. My initial concern ws the underlay would be like the old fashion carpet felt underlay. But not so for this Lohals rug application. We also bought two Lohals with rubber backing and they are fine by the door entrances to the house. Great product. 5

Not sufficient gripCherylHi, Bought this to go under a mat that had a tendency to slip. Unfortunately, it made no difference at all, did not seem to have enough stickiness or grip to hold either the mat or to the floor. Perhaps there should be advice about what sort of rugs it may hold and which it would not.3

A very thin underlayLevinaI was disappointed with this product as I wanted something thicker. Unfortunately the description does not include the thickness and the underlay is very thin. It is also quite sticky which may help with keeping lightweight rugs in place on a slippery floor however this is a feature I do not want.1
