Can I shop on the IKEA app?
Yes, you can download our IKEA shoppable app to place your Delivery or Click and Collect order.
To order through the app, download the IKEA App onto your mobile via the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app on your phone and search for the products you are after. Click "Add to bag" for products you would like to purchase. Once you are done, click the shopping bag icon in the bottom right corner.
Once all your items are in your cart, click on your cart where you be able to edit the details of your order such as the delivery method, date and address. From there you can proceed to check out, choosing from a range of different payment methods.
Once you order is processed, you will receive an email order confirmation. To track, reschedule or cancel your order, log into the app.
