IKEA North Lakes Store Services and Parking

Check out what services and parking is available at IKEA North Lakes, including for oversize vehicles.

Parking

  • 3 hours free parking.
  • For an extra hour free, you can either park on B1 or L2 and select "IKEA Customer" at the payment terminal or download the Westfield Plus App.
  • Information concerning the price and restrictions can be found at all entrances to the car park.

Over Height Parking

  • Undercover parking with 2.5m height restriction.
  • Over height vehicles can enter via Coles entrance only.
  • Designated open air truck parking available. From Coles entrance, follow signage to IKEA Click and Collect parking. Large parking spaces are positioned on the left just before entering the undercover parking.
  • Open air parking also available outside and around the main Westfield building.

EV Car Charging

  • Electric vehicle charging stations are available for customers onsite.
  • Please bring your own Type 2 cable.
  • The chargers are on the Chargefox network and require RFID or app activation.
  • These chargers are visible on Plugshare. 

Click and Collect

Your order will be available for collection at the Click and collect pick up point located in the B1 car park under IKEA North Lakes. The Click and Collect desk is behind the four main IKEA lifts, with parking spaces marked as Click and collect. Ensure you have received an SMS or email advising your order is ready for pick up.
