What is your cancellation policy for Delivery services?

To receive a full refund of your delivery fee, please cancel your order any time up until the day of the order.

If you cancel your delivery on the day of your order, the delivery fee will not be refunded as it is too close to your delivery window. You can process returns at any IKEA store within Australia by providing your proof of purchase (order number).
