What do I do if I have a product missing from my order?
Go to "Track and manage my order" and check if your order is scheduled to be delivered on different dates and by different delivery methods.
Depending on stock availability at the time of purchase, the delivery of your order may be carried out in a single day or divided into 2 or more different days.
It is also a common occurrence orders are split into different deliveries. Go to the Track and Manage page and check if your order is scheduled to be delivered on different dates and by different delivery methods.
If you have received all deliveries and can confirm that an item is missing, please contact us. Please have your order number and missing article numbers ready so that we can help you right away.
