How can I shop at IKEA as a business customer?

Join the IKEA Business Network to get all the business focused benefits from IKEA when shopping. As an IKEA Business Network member, you can then choose whatever way of shopping is most convenient to you: online, in-store or by contacting our IKEA Business specialists.

You are free to shop however you want at IKEA. However, for the best experience when making a business purchase, we recommend becoming an IKEA Business Network member.

How do I make sure my purchase is registered as a business purchase?

To register your purchase for your business, scan your (digital) IKEA Business Network membership card when shopping in-store, or log in to your IKEA Business Network account when shopping online. When our IKEA for Business specialists place an order on your behalf, they will request your membership details and register the purchase for you. 
Any purchases made as a guest, with an IKEA Family account, or without an active IKEA Business Network membership will be registered as a consumer purchase. 

How do I book an appointment with an IKEA for Business specialist?

Our experts can advise you on how to bring your workplace to life, regardless of the project size. Book an appointment online with our Business Specialists or interior designers on the IKEA Business Network page. 
Registered IKEA Business Network members can enjoy a free one-hour chat with one of our interior designers. 

Steps for requesting a quote online as an IKEA Business Network member 

If you simply require a quote before ordering, follow the steps below to request one when shopping online: 
  1. Log in as an IKEA Business Network member 
    You must be logged in to access all of the IKEA Business Network benefits. 
  2. Add products to cart 
    Select the products you want to order and click on the "Add to cart" icon at the top right of the product page. 
  3. Enter your company's postcode 
    This will check the product availability for your location. When the products are available, click "Need to request a quote?". 
  4. Verify that your Company information is correct on the quote page 
    On the Details page, enter the company name, ABN, and contact information. If this information is already pre-filled, verify that the delivery and billing addresses are correct. If the invoice address differs from the delivery address, you can edit the invoice address at this stage. Provide the correct invoice address, and then click "Confirm and request a quote”. 
  5. Wait for an IKEA for Business Specialist to contact you 
    An IKEA for Business Specialist will contact you with your quote. 

Steps for placing an order online as an IKEA Business Network member

Follow the steps below to ensure your order is placed correctly when shopping online: 
  1. Log in as an IKEA Business Network member 
    You must be logged in to access all of the IKEA Business Network benefits. 
  2. Add products to cart 
    Select the products you want to order and click on the "Add to cart" icon at the top right of the product page. 
  3. Enter your company's postcode 
    This will check the product availability for your location. When the products are available, click "Continue to checkout". 
  4. Choose delivery or pick-up 
    Select the delivery or pick-up options available for your location. If you need support with product availability or delivery options for large or bulk orders, you can reach out to an IKEA for Business Specialist directly. Contact us by calling (02) 9010 0266 or e-mailing business.au@ikea.com Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (AEST/AEDT).   
  5. Verify that your Company information is correct on the Details page 
    On the Details page, enter the company name, ABN, and contact information. If this information is already pre-filled, verify that the delivery and billing addresses are correct. If the invoice address differs from the delivery address, you can edit the invoice address at this stage. Provide the correct invoice address, and then click "Continue to payment".  
    If you choose to pick up items via Click & Collect, no delivery address is required. 
  6. Choose payment method 
    Select from an available payment method. 
  7. Complete the order 
    Review your order and click "Complete order".

Log in to your IKEA Business Network account to retrieve previous purchases and other profile information.
