"When I design organic forms I like to create them with my hands. To create the form and patterns for KOPPAR lamps I experimented with sand, sugar, soya beans, ink and 3D models. Then I photographed the patterns I made and reworked them in the computer. The lamps are almost like small characters, from the plump lady to the tall man, and the patterns reflect their moods. This way, there’s a KOPPAR lamp for every home and style. Lamps that look as nice unlit as lit."
