The marketing images had the mattress at a higher setting that Ikea no longer sells. It made it considerably harder to put the baby to bed without her waking up. I would not buy an Ikea crib again.
What about Ikea cribs makes them not able to have a higher setting when every other crib brand on the market has 3/4 settings? Is it so flimsy that it needs the baby down lower.
Skip this crib and all the others that Ikea sells. Go with another Brand.

Easy set up. Good value.ReneeI purchsed the Singlar crib for my infant grandson when he visits my home. Compared to putting together an IKEA chest of drawers, this assembly was a breeze. I am over 60 and put it together myself in about an hour after watching a couple of videos. Crib seems sturdy. I'm not so sure about the pins that hold up the mattress support. Seems like they only slide into the hole a short distance. If the rest of the crib's hardware is adequately tightened, should be okay. Dislike like the unisightly black warning writing imprinted on not one but both ends of the crib (top rails) which states in three languages (includes Spanish) not to use blankets or pillows in the crib due to suffocation risk. Canadian regulations require this warning, which is a good thing, but the double, conspicuous placement of the warning on this crib may not be appealing to some buyers.

Mattress support unsafeEricaThe crib was great for a few months. Now almost everyday one corner of the mattress support pops out from the crib frame making it dangerous.
Good quality and valueAnonymousThe crib is an excellent choice. The directions for assembly could use some work. Where the pins go into the vertical upright, it should be noted that those holes are angled. Also, the Allen key tool provided is very hard to work with. A small drill or impact driver worked way better than the tool provided.

infant bed height doesn't match picturesJuliaThis was very easy to assemble, however when we putting the bed on the infant setting we were confused how low it was. The pictures show the setting being halfway, and it is maybe 1/4 of the way up. No issues other than that, but it is the reason we purchased this crib. The height from infant to toddler isn't significant enough to make a real difference. Not worth disassembling.
Something is off about crib heightSosoYour drawings indicate that the height from the floor to the crib base is 39 cm. However, your pictures depict the distance from the floor to the base as greater than 44 cm. For an infant, the base appears to be too low. There seems to be a discrepancy between the crib assembly and the drawing.
After purchase, I noticed other reviews with similar issue.
