This cover is made from durable Skiftebo polyester fabric. It has a nice lustre and a two-tone effect with a light texture that feels firm to the touch.

Comfy chair, not too lowAnonymous reviewerI would always suggest going in-person to the store if possible when buying a chair or couch. We find this chair very comfortable and like that it doesn't take up much room but still has upholstered armrests. Unfortunately our cats have completely destroyed the fabric as the chair makes a perfect scratching post but that's on us (or them :-) ). The yellow will obviously be harder to keep clean - we went with blue and it's really nice.

DisappointmentChiaraI bought this chair a little less than a year ago and all I have to say it's incredibly disappointing. It looks so beautiful, makes the room really great, however if you sit in it often then the seat will become one of the most uncomfortable things you've ever sat in. I wish I had purchased a different chair. I often feel like I've wasted my money with this chair.

As we age, rising fromGeorgeAs we age, rising from a chair becomes more difficult. This chair was purchased to replace a favourite but increasingly problematic POANG chair. Its arms slope away from someone using them to get to ones feet. The EKERO chair has made this manoeuvre much easier. The old chair has started a new life with new owners.
Good value for the priceDanyNice chair and not too expensive. Compliments a room very nicely.
Decent chairWaynePretty decent chair. Able to take a 280lb load (just don't plop yourself down in it!!). Sides are a little high (my shoulders end up near my ears when I rest my forearms on the arms of the chair), and the material is a bit rough in the beginning (bare arms felt a bit chafed when brushed against the material).
The legs screw in and need to be tightened every now and then (be sure to check them if you're a heavier person).
Not much padding in the seat, so if you like a firm chair then this one is good.
The back sits straight (no sloping onto your tailbone or stressed shoulder and neck muscles like I get from other Ikea chair designs where the back of the chair is at an angle).
Otherwise, good purchase.
