Made for tall men!ChantaleAlthough the idea and style of this chair is nice, it was clearly designed by and made for men over 6 feet tall! Even my husband being 5'.10 found his head being pushed forward by the head rest. We returned the chairs!

Gunnared beige is grey KellyThe threads in this are grey and cream, it reads as grey, not beige to me. I wish it had not been described as beige or that I had noticed an earlier review about the colour being grey. I would not have ordered and would have saved myself the hassle of delivery and returning.

New Lower QualityGreggThe loss of quality is clearly apparent when I compare my new Poang and Poang Cushion to my former Poang. While I appreciate that the updated assembly has allowed for a flatter package thus lowering shipping costs - the quality of the finishing of the bentwood is inferior. The cushion - while very handsome is already showing signs of pilling. Disappointing as this is an icon product in the IKEA product range!

Amazing chair!MikhailI have had it for 4 years now and it looks and feels like new! Didn’t even have to clean it. Very comfy and, as a tall guy, it is hard to find a chair or a sofa to support my back and neck.
Very disappointed with colour descriptionsSusanI already had a Poang chair but wanted a second one to match. The colour description of LIGHT BEIGE was totally inaccurate. It was actually grey. Also, the birch veneer did not match my other chair either and since I do not have a local Ikea store, paying for shipping to return the chair is just ridiculously costly. Now I am stuck with 2 things I cannot use.

Streamlined and comfortableBarbaraSimple design, streamlined, not bulky, great for smaller spaces. My husband and I find it comfortable to sit in. He's 5'8" and I'm 5'3". We liked the first one so much, we bought two.
Very straightforward to assemble, ordering was quick and delivery was unbelievable. Got it in two days. Didn't break the bank buying them either. Just gave it a 4 on quality because we'll see how durable it is.
