Not comfortable RosemaryHakebo dark grey chair in Burlington store was plush and comfortable and that's why I purchased. I received a high and hard cushion which is uncomfortable. The pleated material at the bottom does not sit neatly. The footstool is also hard and not enough material to cover the bottom legs. My sister purchased this chair a month ago in the Karlshov and it is plush and comfortable. All in all disappointing.
