Perfect TaylorWe originally went to IKEA looking for a more slender display cabinet but left with this one and I’m so happy we did. This was perfect for our nerdy toy display. More to be added soon so glad there’s tons of room. I also love that it locks. We will likely add spot lights to the top at some point.
**Deducted one star because one of the glass panels has a scratch right out of the box. I debated returning back to store but seemed more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with. But it was pretty disappointing.. otherwise very happy with it. **4
Milsbo Assembly and AppearanceJeffreyI was able to easily assemble the cabinet using the instructions that came with the item plus a great online video that I could follow as I went along. The finished product looks great and did not take very long to assemble.
The only thing of which I am not certain is how much weight each shelf can handle. I think I have read that the shelves are made of tempered glass and may be stronger than old shelves that came with prior versions of the cabinet. I would appreciate it if someone from IKEA could provide information on the amount of weight each shelf can hold. I just purchased my unit and June 2025.5
Missing partsJeffreyMy cabinet was missing half the parts so I couldn't put it together. Now 30 days later, after numerous calls to customer service I'm still trying to get a refund. Extremely frustrating.1

Greenhouse cabinetKarlienLove this. And it came in the best condition, the glass protected in an intelligent, environmentally friendly way. Used the protection parts in my garden. Using it as a small greenhouse cabinet, and it is stellar for it. I have tried other things, sealing the composite wood to protect it from moisture, but those never worked. This has aluminum, so I don’t have to worry about it falling apart at all. Hoping to get another one soon. Put it together by myself, so not difficult to follow the instructions, but it would probably go a lot smoother and easier with help from another person. You can assemble it alone though, not so big and bulky that it’s impossible, but that’s a gamble if you’re not used to assembling things by yourself. Absolutely a fan!5
Perfect Jewelry Studio DisplayShannonThis piece was very easy to assemble. I was able to do it alone despite their advice to use two people. It is solid and all the pieces fit snuggly so you don't feel the glass is going to rattle or budge when the doors are opened and closed. I like the lock feature as well as it being glass on all sides. This keeps the piece from making the space it is in feel smaller. It is a perfect jewelry display in my studio. 5
Great Cabinet, Except must be manually assembled.MichaelCabinet looks Great. But i made the mistake of using an electric screwdriver for assembly. Low torque Stanley tool. I stripped the hex head of one of the screws and then stripped out a threaded leg. Had to got to the hardware store and buy replacement similar parts. Had to use a bolt and nut to attach the leg. Other than those 2 issues it a nice piece. Milsbro should include some written instructions including how delicate the parts can be with power tools.4

Horrible customer service JessicaOrdered this cabinet for click and collect in January. First pickup date they had forgotten half of my cabinet on the truck and couldn’t find it in the warehouse. Called customer service and she said she’d compensate me and get the correct unit out. I was never compensated. The second box arrived a month later and now that I’ve assembled it I have a broken handle. The customer service agent I spoke to after assembly basically offered me store credit…I’d like a working handle and to not pay full price when it takes a month to receive half the product. I can’t even buy a handle with store credit?1
Nice displayMattThis is a very nice display case. My only complaint is Ikea doesn't sell additional shelves and brackets. My display items are quite short so I don't want the shelves so spread out. The shelves are adjustable but what is the point if you can't buy more? IKEA, please make an additional shelf kit for this case! Any custom glass place I've contacted wants to charge me almost half the price of the case for one shelf! And that still wouldn't include the 5 brackets I need for each shelf. I don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated.4
