DisappointingJosephTo me this doesn't seem like stainless steel, if it didn't say stainless in the review, I would have assumed it was aluminum. When handling it, I noticed it was leaving a grey, metallic residue on my hands. Obviously don't want to use it if it ends up leaving residue on my cookware. I tried cleaning it, but because of the complexity of the design, it was taking a long time to clean it entirely, and it just didn't seem worth the frustration. Haven't noticed this complaint in other reviews, so maybe I received a bad one. Not sure if I want to spend more time cleaning it, might just throw it away, especially if the quality of the metal is bad enough that it keeps leaving residue even after cleaning.1
