What should I do if I am missing parts?
Ensure you have all packages for each item, as there may be multiple boxes (e.g., Box 1(2) and Box 2(2)). Some parts might be tucked inside folds, pockets, or smaller boxes. Visit the store with your receipt, order confirmation, and assembly instructions to get any missing parts. If you can't visit, contact 1-888-888-4532 or type "speak to an agent." Depending on availability and part size, shipping from the store may be possible.
Please confirm you have all of the packages for each item, as there may be more than 1 box containing all parts - look for labels indicating (for example) Box 1(2) and Box 2(2). Some parts can be safely tucked inside of a fold or a pocket underneath the item or enclosed in a smaller box.
We recommend visiting the store with your receipt or order confirmation and the assembly instructions to obtain any missing parts. If you're unable to do so, please contact us at 1-888-888-4532 or type "speak to an agent". Pending availability and the size of the part(s), we may be able to ship them from our store.
