What should I do if my item has missing or damaged parts?

If only one part of your product is missing or damaged, we may be able to ship replacement parts from one of our stores. For the quickest resolution, we recommend visiting an IKEA store with the damaged product or part(s) along with your order confirmation or receipt. If you are missing parts, we recommend visiting an IKEA store with your assembly document to identify the missing part(s) along with your order confirmation or receipt.
If you're unable to do so, please contact the IKEA US Customer Support Center. You can also order spare parts/hardware (like defective or missing screws) directly from the IKEA website. Just click here.
