I bought something in the As-Is department and it's missing parts.
We can order missing hardware (such as screws, drawer slides, etc.) free of charge. Missing parts (such as doors, drawer fronts, etc.) are subject to store availability and may incur a fee. All sales are final for As-Is items.
Please visit our Self-Serve Spare Parts page and follow the instructions to have hardware shipped to you, free of charge. If the required part doesn't have a 6-digit part number, please visit the customer service or recovery department at an IKEA store to see if a spare part is available. We are not able to ship spare parts for As-Is items.
