General terms and conditions

This promotion is only applicable for transactions made from 3 April 2025 onwards.
This promotion is only for IKEA Family members who are moving into a new home (either owned or rental), or renovating an existing home located in Singapore.
Every $2000 spent in a single receipt, on Home Furnishings products (except METOD kitchen & appliances), at IKEA Tampines, IKEA Alexandra or IKEA Jurong or IKEA.sg, will be entitled to IKEA vouchers worth $300 (up to a limit of $900).
Accumulation of receipts is not allowed.
This offer is not applicable for purchases made at IKEA collection points and for IKEA Food (Swedish Restaurant, Bistro or Swedish Food Market).
It is also not valid with any other promotion, and excludes purchases of services such as sewing, picking, home delivery, installation/assembly and IKEA gift cards.
Collection of vouchers has to be done at IKEA Tampines, IKEA Alexandra or IKEA Jurong within 2 weeks.
This promotion is only applicable for collection once at an IKEA Tampines, IKEA Alexandra or IKEA Jurong. Multiple collections across other stores will not be allowed.
Each household and IKEA FAMILY member may only qualify for this promotion once, based on the provided new home address located in Singapore.
The vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
To collect the IKEA vouchers, proceed to the Customer Service or Exchange and Return counters in stores with the following documents:
- Original IKEA purchase receipt(s). Photographs, screenshots, photocopies of receipts, credit cards or NETS slips will not be accepted.
- IKEA Family identification (e-card or physical card).
- Tenancy agreement (Rental), Sales agreement (HDB units), Temporary occupancy permit (Condominium units), Renovation documents (Private property) or Renovation permit; valid only within the last 4 months of your move or renovation.
Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right on reasonable grounds, to reject the collection of vouchers at any time. Reasonable grounds include any suspicion of fraud or manipulation.
Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

Terms and conditions for the voucher

This voucher is only valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- This voucher can only be used for in-store purchases at IKEA Tampines, IKEA Alexandra or IKEA Jurong. It excludes the use on purchase of IKEA Gift Card and services such as sewing, picking, installation/assembly, and home delivery.
It is not applicable for online purchases.
This voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers.
Only original vouchers in good condition are accepted. Photographed or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced.
This voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or IKEA Gift Card in part or full, and must be used in a single transaction only. No refund will be given if the amount payable when using this voucher, is less than $100.
Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject the use of the voucher at any time. Reasonable grounds include any tampering, abuse or attempted abuse of the voucher.
Should a product refund or return result in the total spend to be below $2000, Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right to retract any vouchers or Gift Cards issued to the customer.
