From 4 to 20 September 2026, IKEA Family members who purchase any PAX wardrobe or BILLY bookcase in-store, can add a compatible KÖLVATTEN sensor light for just $1 with every frame.

• The model of KÖLVATTEN sensor light is pre-selected based on the size of the PAX or BILLY frame purchased.

• Customers are free to purchase a different lighting solution for their wardrobe or bookcase at the regular price, and use the $1 sensor light anywhere else in their home.

IKEA Family is a free loyalty programme, open to everyone who wants to make their dream home a reality. It’s more than just a card; it’s a way for you to get more from your IKEA journey. As an IKEA Family member, you become part of a community that gets access to home furnishing inspiration, special features to make shopping easier, member discounts to reward your loyalty, and other little surprises along the way.

The programme is designed to support you throughout your entire home furnishing journey - from the first spark of an idea to planning your space and bringing your project to life. 

By joining, you unlock a world of benefits, including IKEA Family prices, rewards, digital tools, and access to in-store events. 

It's free and easy to sign up with IKEA Family and you can start using the benefits immediately. You may sign up for free membership at any of the IKEA Family kiosks located around the store, or through our member's portal. To register, you would need to be at least 18 years old (based on birth year) and have a local mobile number and mailing address in Singapore. Participation is subject to our T&Cs here.

Log in to the member’s portal and click on the “eCard” tab to access it.

If an item you purchased goes on sale, or the price is reduced, you may be eligible for price protection. IKEA Family members are entitled to a 30-day price protection (membership number must be entered at the time of purchase). You must have a proof of purchase (receipt/tax invoice).  

If your product breaks during transport home or during assembly, you may be able to use "Oops Assurance" within 14 days to have the product replaced free of charge, provided you entered your IKEA Family membership when you purchased the product. If not, unfortunately, this policy won't apply.

If you scanned/indicated your IKEA Family membership when you bought the item in-store or online, as a member you can use "Oops Assurance" within 14 days and exchange for a new part or item for free. To check if you entered your membership at the time of purchase, you can log in to your IKEA Family account and check 'My Purchases'. You will also be able to find your receipt there.

Remember that this is an assurance that only applies once per product. You will have the following options when you take advantage of the assurance:  

Visit your nearest IKEA store. Bring the damaged product, your IKEA Family membership card and your receipt/tax invoice for verification. Contact IKEA customer service.  If you do not have the opportunity to travel to the store, we can send you a new part or product if you pay for the transport. Write "I want to talk to a person" in the chat or call us at +65 6786 6868. Please make sure you have your receipt/tax invoice ready when contacting.  

The IKEA Family membership was not used during the purchase.

"Oops assurance" is an exclusive benefit for IKEA Family members who entered their membership during purchase. If you are not a member yet or have not used your membership in your in-store or online purchase, you will not be able to use the Oops Assurance. However, you can still contact IKEA customer service online or in-store to check if there is a spare part.

IKEA Family vouchers and points are only redeemable in the physical stores (IKEA Alexandra, IKEA Tampines and/or IKEA Jurong).
