Why should I choose Click & Collect?
With the Click & Collect service, you place your order online and pick up your items at an IKEA store or a Pickup Point of your choice. This option is ideal if you have flexibility to collect your order, want to avoid home delivery fees, or prefer to pick it up at the most convenient time for you. It is especially useful if you live near an IKEA store or if a safe home delivery cannot be guaranteed in your area.
Cost: For IKEA Family members, the Click & Collect service is free, regardless of the order amount. For non‑members, there is a fixed fee of €2 for orders under €15. Always check the price details at checkout to confirm the exact amount.
Time and scheduling: Click & Collect orders placed at an IKEA store usually allow same‑day pickup or collection in the days following the purchase. For orders at mobile pickup points, you must go to the selected location on the chosen date and time. The specific pickup time slot is selected during checkout.
Size and product type restrictions: The service is suitable for most orders. Due to storage limitations, some products may not be available for Click & Collect and must be delivered to your home. You can check the options for each product on its product page or during checkout.
Location and distance: This option is most advantageous if you live near an IKEA store or Pickup Point. To check if there is a Pickup Point near you, visit the “Find us” on IKEA.com. If we cannot deliver to your address due to stock limitations in warehouses or stores, you may choose Click & Collect as an alternative.
Effort required: We prepare your order; you only need to pick it up and load it into your vehicle.
