Can I shop online and collect my order from an IKEA store?
Yes! With the Click & Collect service, you can shop online and choose to collect your items from an IKEA store of your choice.
During checkout, simply select the Click & Collect option and choose the time slot that suits you best. Depending on the store, you may be able to select a collection date within the next three days.
Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please wait for this email before heading to the store. After your initial collection time, you’ll have an additional 72 hours to pick up your order.
This service allows you to order and pay online conveniently, and collect your items from the store that works best for you.
