What is IKEA's return policy for mattresses?

For IKEA, it's important that you love your new mattress. If, after a while, you find that your mattress is too firm, too soft or something else, you can contact IKEA to exchange it for another one.

You should note that initially, your new mattress can seem a bit too firm. You should allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body. To get the best comfort, you also need the right pillow. You should make sure you have a pillow that suits you and your new mattress.
You may exchange your mattress once within 365 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged. You can simply take your mattress back to an IKEA store with your proof of purchase and an IKEA co-worker will help you find one that suits you better.
If you would like to upgrade your mattress to a more expensive one than the mattress you initially bought, all IKEA asks is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement chosen. If the replacement mattress is lower in price, IKEA will credit the difference to an IKEA Refund card for you to use towards a future purchase.
