With our online service, you can easily order small parts – such as screws, hinges or other hardware – and have them delivered directly to your home. And the best part? It's completely free!

It gets even simpler!
- Login session in to your account.
- In your Purchase History, select the item with the missing part.
- From the menu on the right, choose Order spare parts.
- Enter the part and quantity.
🛠️ You can also order directly through the IKEA spare parts page or visit Customer Support in one of our stores.
🔎 The part number?
It is a 6-digit code that you can find in the assembly instructions for your product.
📦 What if the piece is larger (like a table top or sofa pillow )?
Our customer service is here to help. You always receive the order number by e-mail.
Delivery is made within a maximum period of 14 days.
