What can I do if I received an item that I did not order?
If you receive a product that you did not order, first check if it is an additional item or if any item is missing from your original order. If you are missing items from your order, contact IKEA customer service, either in store or online. A staff member will help you return the incorrect items and get the ones that are missing. If you have received additional items, check on your purchase invoice if they have been charged, and then contact IKEA Customer Service to find out how to proceed.
