What happens if a product becomes unavailable after buying it online?
If we can't agree on a new deadline for the delivery of your order, IKEA will refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
If an item becomes unavailable between the time of order confirmation and the time of final confirmation, IKEA undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, by email or by phone, and to refund the amount paid for it if we can't agree on a new deadline for the delivery of your order.
