My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

We're sorry you haven't received your order yet — we know how frustrating that can be.

As a first step, we recommend checking the status of your delivery:

You can track your order on Track and manage my order, signing in with:
  • the order number
  • the email address used for the purchase
In the order confirmation email you will also find information about the type of delivery you are expected to deliver.
If the delivery is made by carrier, you will receive an SMS message on the day of delivery.

When should I contact IKEA?

Please contact us if:
  • the delivery date has already passed
  • you received only part of your order
  • you haven’t received any delivery updates
