My order is missing, what can I do?

We are sorry that your order has not yet arrived.

Our goal is to keep our customers always informed. In your order confirmation email you will find information about the type of delivery you can expect. If delivery is via courier, you should receive a text message the morning of delivery.

Track your order via the Track and manage my order page by logging into your IKEA account. All you need is your order number and email address.
