Light chains are perfect when you want to create a nice atmosphere. Easy to match with other lamps in the SOLVINDEN series in order to spread cosiness and light on the balcony, terrace or in the garden.

The solar-powered lamp charges during the day and automatically turns on when it gets dark.

  • 1 rechargeable battery (AA 1.2V) that stores energy from the sun is included. The battery can be replaced and lasts for about 2 years.

    Position the solar panel for maximum exposure to sunlight.

    Recharging time is 9-12 hours in sunlight, but over 12 hours on a cloudy day.

    When the battery is fully charged, the product will give full light for approx. 12 hours.

    The battery should be replaced only with a rechargeable battery of the same type and capacity.

    IKEA recommend LADDA rechargeable batteries.

    Approved for use as outdoor lighting, IP 44.

    Built-in LED light source.

    LED life time approx. 25.000 hours.

    This solar-powered product lights up automatically when the environment gets dark and the switch is on. It never shines in daylight.
