You have 365 days to return your purchase. Keep your receipt safe to make your return easier.
You can return any product as long as it’s in new condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the return criteria are not met.


In-Store

How to return

Return your item at IKEA store.

A return process will be easier and quicker if you register 'Self return service' on the IKEA website before visiting the IKEA store. If you provide the required information prerequisites and bring the barcode, receipt, and product, you can return your product.

Missing, damaged or incomplete orders

Regardless of your issue, you can always visit IKEA store and we will find a solution for you. If your item is damaged, bring your damaged item and proof of purchase. If you are missing an item, bring your order confirmation.


Online

Return goods from home

If you don't have time to visit our store, you can return your goods from home. Fee for the cost of returning the goods will apply.

The cost starts from 3,000 KRW parcel price, 10,000 KRW truck price. This service is not available in all areas, so please contact us for pricing and scheduling.

 

The daily return quantity limit is:For furniture, up to 80 boxes in a flat package. In the case of small items, up to 50 pcs in one box, up to 10 boxes can be returned.The total returned product can be up to 3 CBM in volume and 1200 kg in weight. When collecting the product, separate packaging is required so that the quantity and condition of the product can be identified.
