My IKEA website account is locked
If you enter your password incorrectly several times when you log in to the IKEA website, an 'Unlock access' email will be sent to your email registered on the IKEA website. Select 'Restrict access' in the email to unlock your account and log in to the IKEA website again.
If you don't know the password, you can reset a new password through the 'Login IKEA.kr' menu on the login page.
