Have you lost your item in the store? We want to help you to find it back!All lost items found in the store will be registered to the iLost Lost & Found system to make it easy for you to search.

By registering on its website you must accept its Privacy Policy and iLost will be responsible for your data.
You can also go to your usual store to locate a lost object without registering.

Use a keyword for search

Search for lost belongings with keywords. If you find a lost item similar to your one, request a claim for return of the lost item. When you request a claim, please explain the characteristics of your belongings in detail to speed up the verification process.


If you check your belongings, visit the store

If you have received the owner confirmation email, please visit the store and pick up the lost item at the exchange and refund desk.

FAQ

How long is the storage period for the lost item?

 

    • Sensitive items such as credit/check card will be discarded immediately upon acquisition.
    • It will be stored for 15 days and handed over to the local police station.

I've acquired a lost item at the store, where should I register it?

Please forward it to the exchange and refund department or the nearest co-worker.
