Find your pillow partner

Like babies and blankets, adults are attached to pillows. For good reason. Restorative sleep starts with a comfy mattress and a supportive pillow for that 5 kg head of yours (give or take). To meet your match, filter by sleeping position. Then choose a filling.

Side or back sleeper?

A high pillow is the best choice if you’re a side or back sleeper. A thick, high pillow has more filling so it provides better support for your head and neck. For maximum comfort, try an ergonomic pillow in memory foam designed with slopes and wedges for more relief and less tension.

Sleep on your stomach?

With less filling, a low pillow is the ideal choice for stomach sleepers. A thin, low pillow relieves the pressure on your neck and ensures that your spine is comfortably aligned while you snooze.

Easy care polyester is breathable, hypoallergenic and resistant to moisture. It can be machine washed often. Natural down and feather retain heat and absorb moisture, so they’re ideal if you feel warm. Ergonomic pillows with memory foam mould to your body for relaxing support and have machine-washable covers.
