Delivery experience = ZERO. First delivery came with missing parts, followed by a dozen phone calls and half a dozen chats to fix it. When they finally showed up, the delivery partner had no tools or manpower to move a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa.
Product quality = NEGATIVE. The fabric is junk, constantly shedding lint from seat cushions, back cushions, and armrests — looks worn out within days.
This is not the IKEA I know from overseas. In India, it feels like a cheap knock-off hiding under the IKEA brand. Shoddy logistics + pathetic quality = total regret.

Compact and ComfortableVijayWe were looking for a simple and elegant 3 seater for a formal seating need. This one ticks all the boxes. Also minimalistic so it doesnt occupy much space and the legs provide good cleaning access below. Only wish they could have added 6 inches to the height of the backrest , converted to two cushion format and offered a softer fabric. Then it will rocket off the shelves
