1.1 To be eligible for this Offer, you must be an IKEA Family Member or Business Network member and purchase the Desk Bundle at any IKEA UK store or online during the Validity Period.

Eligibility  

1. To be eligible for this offer, you must be an IKEA Family member, student and you must purchase IKEA home furnishing products in a single transaction in any IKEA UK store or online.

The Offer 

3. How to redeem

IKEA Family members: get £10 off your next visit when you spend £60 or more

Terms and conditions  

The Offer 

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family members who attend and make a purchase at a Participating Store between 05 June 2025 and 15 June 2025 (inclusive) will receive a coupon containing an offer for £10 off £60 or more to spend in a single in-store transaction at Participating Stores (the “Offer”) from the day after collection of the coupon until and including 31 August 2025 (the “Offer Dates”) (inclusive).

How to Claim  

2. When a customer makes a purchase at one of the Participating Stores between 05 June 2025 and 15 June 2025, they will be given a coupon containing the Offer.

3. In order to redeem the Offer the customer must present the coupon at the checkout at one of the Participating Stores during the Offer Dates.

4. The QR code must be correctly scanned at the till. 

5. This Offer is valid from the day after the coupon is collected until and including 31 August 2025.

6. The £10 can only be spent in a single transaction.

7. If the customer does not use up the £10 in a single transaction, the customer will lose the remainder of the £10 as this cannot be applied to another transaction.

THE PROMOTER

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.

2. The prize draw will run from 05 June 2025 at 00:05 to 06 July 2025 until 23:59 (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified.

3. To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must:

once on the sign-up page (and you’re signed in) complete the required information and click “participate”

4. The winners will be selected at random by a built-in computer process via IKEA’s internal solution LOTTA.

5. The winner(s) will be notified via the email address used to enter, on 07 July 2025. The Prize will be added to the winners’ IKEA Family membership account three (3) days after they are notified that they have won.

6. Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per IKEA Family account is permitted.

7. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

DATA PROTECTION

GENERAL

How to Claim

The Offer 

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this offer entitles IKEA Family Members to £10 off when they spend £100 or more, on products in-store in a single transaction (the "Offer"). This Offer is valid between 23 May 2025 and 26 May 2025 (inclusive) (the “Offer Dates”).

How to Claim  

2. To claim the Offer, the customer must make a qualifying purchase paying the minimum amount of £100 in a single in-store transaction.

3. The discount of £10.00 will automatically apply to the transaction when the IKEA Family card is scanned at the till.

4. The Offer is only available to in-store purchases during the Offer Date. The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  

5. This Offer is only available to IKEA Family Members.

Exclusions  

6. The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   

7. The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.  

8. The Offer can be redeemed once during the offer Dates per IKEA Family member.

9. This Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.

10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.   

11. The Offer cannot be redeemed online.

12. Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    

13. The IKEA store reserves the right to refuse any IKEA Family membership card that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.  

14. IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA's reasonable control.

By electing (by submitting an entry) to take part in the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.

THE PROMOTER

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

1. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.

2. The prize draw will run from 00:05 on 01 May 2025 up to and including 18 May 2025 until 23:59 (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is operated at the individual store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.

3. To be eligible to enter the prize draw, you must:

a) locate the sign-up page at https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/stores/oxford-street/

b) be an IKEA Family member

c) you will be directed to log in to your IKEA Family member account to sign up to enter the prize draw. If you do not have an IKEA Family member account, you will be required to set one up in order to enter the prize draw.

d) Once you have logged into your IKEA Family member account, complete all required fields and press ‘submit’ to be entered into the Prize Draw.

4. Multiple entries are not permitted.

5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

ELIGIBILITY

6. The prize is open UK residents, save for:

(a) employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

(b) members of the households of (a) above.

7. A parent or guardian aged 18 or over must enter on behalf of any entrants under the age of 18.

8. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

9. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

THE PRIZE 

10. There will be ten (10) prizes available

12. Only customers who are IKEA Family members and who sign in to their IKEA Family account will be eligible to enter the Prize Draw for the opportunity to win a prize.

13. The winners will be selected at random by a built-in computer process via IKEA’s internal solution LOTTA.

14. Winners will be informed via an automated email which will be sent on 19 May 2025. A second email containing the voucher will be sent out to the 10 winners within the following 3 days.

15. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.

17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION

19. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

GENERAL

21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.

24. The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the prize draw includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).

25. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this prize draw, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

IKEA Family Members: £3 off when you spend £15 in store at Participating Stores

1. The Offer

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family members who purchase any food item from the IKEA restaurant in a Participating Store between 28 April 2025 and 26 May 2025 inclusive (each an ‘Eligible Date’ together the ‘Eligible Dates’) will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer. The Coupon entitles IKEA Family Members to £3 off a minimum spend of £15 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at the Participating Stores (the ‘Offer'). The Coupon must be used in-store on the same date that the Coupon is issued, between 28 April 2025 and 26 May 2025 inclusive.

1.2 The Coupon may only be redeemed at one of the following Participating Stores:

2. How to redeem

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA customer must attend the IKEA restaurant at a Participating Store, purchase any food or drink item and collect a Coupon from a co-worker at the checkout.

2.2 The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at one of the Participating Stores on the same day that the customer collected the Coupon. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £3.00.

2.3 To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £15.00 or more in a single transaction.

2.4 To redeem the Coupon, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.

2.5 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £15.00 or more.

The Offer 

Subject to these terms and conditions, this Offer entitles IKEA Family Members to £30 off when spending £300 in a single transaction (the “Qualifying Spend”) at any IKEA UK store (“Participating Stores”) or online, which can be redeemed using the voucher at the checkout between either:
- 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2024; or
- 27 November 2024 and 31 August 2025
- (each respectively the “Validity Period”). Please refer to the physical voucher for the applicable Validity Period.

How to redeem
