IKEA Family - £25 off when you spend £100 (Cardiff store only)   

The Offer  

  • Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion entitles IKEA Family Members who present a valid voucher (issued at the Cardiff student fayre on 29 September 2026) to receive £25 off when they spend £100 or more on any products in a single transaction (the “Products”) when purchased in-store at IKEA Cardiff (store 267) only (the “Offer”) between 01 October 2026 up to and including 31 October 2026 (the “Offer Dates”).    

How to Claim  

  • To claim the Offer, the customer must present the voucher and their IKEA Family Member card at the checkout at IKEA Cardiff (store 267). The £25 discount will be applied to transactions of £100 or more (before the discount). Only one voucher may be used per transaction and the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
  • This Offer is only valid between the Offer Dates.  
  • The Offer is only available for in-store purchases at IKEA Cardiff (store 267) during the Offer Dates. The voucher cannot be redeemed online or at any other IKEA store.  

Exclusions   

  • This offer only applies to IKEA Cardiff (store 267).
  • The Offer cannot be redeemed online.  
  • The Offer applies to all products available in-store at IKEA Cardiff (store 267), subject to availability. 
  • The Offer is excluded from transactions where the total spend (before the discount) is less than £100.   
  • The Offer does not apply to purchases from: IKEA Cafe, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market, and IKEA Restaurant.   
  • The Offer can be redeemed once during the Offer Dates per IKEA Family member. This Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.   
  • The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.  

Additional terms

  • All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy. If a return results in the original transaction total falling below £100, the £25 discount will be deducted from the refund amount.   • The voucher has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, is not transferable, and no change will be given. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.   
  • IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion as necessary or due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control, and will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
  • IKEA reserves the right to refuse to honour the promotion to anyone who IKEA reasonably suspects is acting in contravention with these terms and conditions or who IKEA reasonably suspects is acting contrary to the spirit of this promotion.   
  • The Offer is subject to product availability at IKEA Cardiff (store 267). 
  • The promoter of this promotion is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  
  • By using this Offer you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Car Boot Sale - terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply between the Selected Sellers (“you” or “your”) and IKEA Limited (Company No. 01986283) whose registered office is 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton United Kingdom, MK9 1FH

How does the car boot sale work?

  • Customers will be invited to participate in the second-hand home furnishing market next to the IKEA store at IKEA Cardiff (the “Event”). To enter, customers must register via Events tool online to enter for a place at the IKEA Cardiff. Successful entrants will receive an email from the relevant email above to confirm their place at the Event. Only those who receive an email confirmation from the relevant email address are confirmed to take part in the Event (“Selected Sellers”). The car boot sale is a free event, customers and Selected Sellers will not be expected to pay. Sellers will be selected by IKEA in advance and will set up their stalls on the day of the event prior to the arrival of the customers.

WHERE IS THE CAR BOOT SALE OFFERED?

  • The car boot sale is running on selected dates at the following IKEA stores: IKEA Cardiff – 18th May 2024 , 9:30am to 12pm, 19th May 2024 9:30am to 12pm  

WHO CAN SELL?

  • The Selected Sellers are permitted to sell items, provided that they sell their personal property. For the avoidance of doubt, businesses and traders are not permitted to sell goods at this Event. All Selected Sellers must be aged 18 +.

PROHIBITED PRODUCTS  

  • The following items are not permitted to be sold at the car boot sale:
  • Electrical goods  
  • Hacked or modified products
  • Food items 
  • Clothing  
  • Mattresses
  • Prams and pushchairs
  • Paraffin heaters  
  • Any age restricted products
  • Oil heaters  
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Counterfeit goods  
  • Products or material which could be considered offensive, is discriminatory, obscene or defamatory or includes (whether by image, gesture or other material of any kind) any violence, sex, nudity, cruelty, weapons, religious iconography or anything which may reasonably be considered to be offensive, anti-social, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable, and/or otherwise illegal.
  • The sale of toys is permitted, provided the CE or UKCA marking is present.
  • The sale of furniture requiring fire safety labelling is permitted, provided the correct labelling (per the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988) is attached. Otherwise, its sale strictly prohibited.

IKEA RESPONSIBILITY

  • IKEA is facilitating the space for the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, IKEA has no involvement in the sale of items between Selected Sellers and the Selected Seller’s customers. IKEA, therefore, is not responsible for payment or after sale disputes between Selected Sellers and the Selected Seller’s customers.
  • IKEA is not responsible for any loss or damage to any person’s car or property entering or on the site.

LIABILITY

  • IKEA shall not be liable to the Selected Seller’s customer or the Selected Seller in relation to the sale of items.
  • Persons entering and taking part in the car boot sale do so at their own risk.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Please note that IKEA is not responsible or liable for any items purchased as part of the Event. Items bought as part of this event are not able to be refunded or returned. No item can be returned or exchanged for cash or cash value.

CANCELLATION

  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel this event at any time.

PRIVACY

  • Our privacy policy (together with our website’s terms of use) sets out why we collect data from you and how it will be processed by IKEA. Please read the Privacy policy available on our website, carefully so that you understand our views and practices and how we will treat your data.
  • For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and any future amendments or subsequent legislation, IKEA Limited is the “Data Controller”. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS  

  • By signing up to the car boot sale you agree to these Terms & Conditions.  
  • These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
