Terms and Conditions
1 The Offer
1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members that receive a coupon in the student box (‘Selected IKEA Family Members’) are entitled to £10 off when they spend £60 or more in store in a single transaction between 26 October 2026 and 29 November 2026 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’) at IKEA Greenwich (‘the Offer’).
2 How to redeem
2.1 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must receive a coupon in their student box, attend the IKEA Greenwich store during the Offer Period and present the coupon to a co-worker at the checkout in a single in-store transaction.
2.2 Once the IKEA Family Member presents their original printed coupon to a co-worker and the QR code is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the Selected IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00. Only the original printed coupon will be accepted; digital copies, screenshots, photographs or images of the coupon shown on a mobile device or other electronic device will not be accepted.
2.3 To redeem the Offer, the value of the Selected IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £60.00 or more in a single transaction.
2.4 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must have received a coupon in their student box. The original printed coupon must be surrendered to the co-worker at the checkout upon redemption and will be retained by the store.
2.5 To redeem the Offer, the Selected IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
2.6 The Offer cannot be utilised as credit. The Offer is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £60.00 or more.
2.7 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a photocopy, digital reproduction or image and not the original printed coupon, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.
3 Exclusions
3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Greenwich during the Offer Period.
3.2 The Offer is exclusively applicable to Selected IKEA Family Members.
3.3 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, the IKEA Café or Re-shop and Re-use Products.
3.4 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
3.5 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
3.6 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3.7 The Offer does not apply to IKEA co-workers.
3.8 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
3.9 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
3.10 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
3.11 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any leaflet that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
3.12 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
3.13 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered coupons will not be accepted. Images of the coupon displayed on a mobile phone or other electronic device will not be accepted.
4 Additional terms
4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, the value of the Offer (£10.00) will be deducted from any refund so that only the amount actually paid by the Selected IKEA Family Member is refunded.
4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
4.5 The promoter of this promotion for stores in the UK is IKEA Limited of 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.
