IKEA Family Members: £10 off when you spend £50 in store at IKEA Harlow Terms and Conditions 1 The Offer
1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family members who purchase any item from IKEA Harlow between 24 July 2026 and 06 August 2026 inclusive (each an ‘Eligible Date’ together the ‘Eligible Dates’) will receive a coupon (the ‘Coupon’) containing the Offer.
The Coupon entitles IKEA Family Members to £10 off a minimum spend of £50 for purchases in-store in a single transaction at IKEA Harlow (the ‘Offer). The Coupon must be used in-store from the day after collection until 24 August 2026 inclusive. The Coupon may only be redeemed at IKEA Harlow.
2 How to redeem
2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA customer must attend IKEA Harlow, purchase any item and collect a Coupon from a co-worker at the checkout.
2.2 The Coupon must be presented at the checkout at IKEA Harlow between the day after the day that the customer collected the Coupon and 24 August 2026. Once the IKEA Family Member shows their Coupon to a co-worker and it is scanned and applied, it will reduce the total value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase by £10.00.
2.3 To redeem the Coupon, the value of the IKEA Family Member’s in store purchase must be £50.00 or more in a single transaction.
2.4 To redeem the Coupon, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.
2.5 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount on a purchase of £50.00 or more.
2.6IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy any not the original, which is out of date or otherwise invalid.
3 Exclusions
3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Harlow on the Eligible Dates. The Coupon cannot be used on any other day other than the day on which it was collected.3.2 The Offer is only available at IKEA Harlow.
3.3 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, or the IKEA Café.
3.4 The Offer cannot be used towards the purchase of As-is items.
3.5 This Offer can be redeemed once per IKEA Family member.
3.6 The Offer cannot be used on purchases made with a Gift Card.
3.7 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.
3.8 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3.9 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
3.10 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
3.11 Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.
3.12 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.
3.13 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.
3.14 Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted.
4 Additional terms
4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this Offer into account.
4.2 By using this Offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
4.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
