1 The Offer

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, IKEA Family Members who receive a coupon containing the Offer via the "Primary Times" mailer (the ‘Coupon’) are eligible to receive one free FRAKTA carrier bag (the ‘Offer Product’) with their next purchase at IKEA Reading (the ‘Offer’) during the period from 10 July 2026 to 12 July 2026 inclusive (the 'Offer Period'). The Coupon contains a unique code and is limited to one redemption per customer.

2 How to redeem

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must present the original Coupon received via the "Primary Times" mailer at the IKEA Reading store during the Offer Period and select an Offer Product. The IKEA Family Member must then present the Coupon to a co-worker at the checkout when making a purchase. Only one Coupon may be redeemed per customer.

2.2 Once the IKEA Family Member presents their Coupon to a co-worker and the coupon code is applied at the checkout, it will entitle the IKEA Family Member to one free Offer Product. Each Coupon may only be used once and only one Offer Product will be provided per IKEA Family Member.

2.3 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must present their IKEA Family card at the checkout.

2.4 To redeem the Offer, the IKEA Family Member must make a purchase of any value at IKEA Reading.

2.5 IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a Coupon is valid. IKEA may refuse to accept any Coupon which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, photocopied, a screenshot, a duplicate, not the original, out of date, or otherwise invalid. Only the original printed Coupon as received via the "Primary Times" mailer will be accepted.

3 Exclusions

3.1 The Offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases at IKEA Reading during the Offer Period.

3.2 The Offer is exclusively applicable to IKEA Family Members.

3.3 The Offer cannot be used towards purchases from IKEA Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, the IKEA Café, or the Re-shop and Re-use department.

3.4 This Offer can be redeemed once per customer. Each IKEA Family Member is limited to one free FRAKTA bag regardless of the number of Coupons presented.

3.5 The Offer Products are subject to availability.

3.6 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

3.7 The Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.

3.8 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

3.9 The Offer cannot be redeemed online.

3.10 The Offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable, must not be shared or forwarded to third parties, and no change will be given.

3.11 IKEA reserves the right to refuse any Coupon that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained, has been duplicated, shared, or obtained fraudulently.

3.12 IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control.

3.13 Damaged, defaced, illegible, photocopied, screenshotted, duplicated, copied or altered Coupons will not be accepted.

4 Additional terms

4.1 All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, if the qualifying purchase is returned, the Offer Product must also be returned or its retail value will be deducted from the refund.

1 The Offer

1.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, IKEA Family Members who spend £25 or more in the restaurant at IKEA Reading on Saturday 11 July or Sunday 12 July 2026 will receive a till-printed Coupon entitling them to 10% off purchases in the Swedish Food Market (the 'Offer'). The Coupon must be redeemed in the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Reading during the Validity Period.

1.2 The Coupon will be automatically printed on the customers till receipt upon completing a qualifying restaurant purchase of £25 or more (the “Coupon").

1.3 The Coupon is valid for use at the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Reading only.

2 How to Claim

2.1 To claim the Offer, the IKEA Family member must spend £25 or more in the restaurant at IKEA Reading on Saturday 11 July or Sunday 12 July 2026 (the 'Validity Period'). A Coupon for 10% off the Swedish Food Market will be automatically printed on the till receipt. The Coupon must be presented and redeemed at the Swedish Food Market checkout at IKEA Reading during the Validity Period.

2.2 The Coupon will be automatically printed on the restaurant till receipt upon scanning of the IKEA Family card at checkout when the qualifying spend of £25 or more is met. The Coupon must be presented at the Swedish Food Market checkout to receive the 10% discount.

2.3 The Offer is only available at IKEA Reading during the Validity Period. The qualifying restaurant spend and the Swedish Food Market Coupon redemption must both take place in-store at IKEA Reading.

2.4 All Swedish Food Market products are subject to availability.

3 Exclusions

3.1 The 10% Coupon discount applies only to purchases in the Swedish Food Market. The Coupon does not apply to purchases from the IKEA Restaurant, IKEA Café, IKEA Bistro, the Re-shop and Re-use products or any IKEA services.

3.2 This Offer can be redeemed once per Coupon. A new Coupon will be issued for each qualifying restaurant transaction of £25 or more during the Validity Period.

3.3 The Offer is available only at IKEA Reading and does not apply at any other IKEA store.

3.4 The Offer does not apply to the purchase of additional IKEA services, including but not limited to: Home Delivery, Installation, Assembly and Kitchen Planning.

3.5 The customer must be an IKEA Family member in order to use and redeem the Offer.

Terms and Conditions

1 The Offer

1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, all customers visiting the IKEA Reading store (‘Customers’) who receive a coupon from an IKEA Reading co-worker (the ‘Coupon’) are entitled to 15% off eligible products in-store between 10 July 2026 and 14 July 2026 inclusive (the ‘Offer Period’) when they present their Coupon at the checkout in store (the ‘Offer’).

2 How to redeem

2.1 To redeem the Offer, the Customer must: receive a Coupon distributed by an IKEA co-worker and present the Coupon to a co-worker at the checkout at IKEA Reading when making a purchase.

2.2 Once the Coupon is applied, it will reduce the value of the Customer’s eligible products by 15%.

2.3 To redeem the Offer, the Customer must show the Coupon.

2.4 The Coupon cannot be utilised as credit. The Coupon is strictly to be applied as a discount of 15% on eligible products purchased in-store.

How to Claim

IKEA Reading Eggstravaganza Activity Trail – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions United Kingdom

By taking part in the IKEA Eggstravaganza Activity trail, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.

THE PROMOTER

The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Limited of 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH.

HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW

There is no purchase necessary to participate in the prize draw.
The prize draw will run from 07/04/25 to 21/04/25 during store opening hours (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified. The activity is at the store’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period. Please check online or in-store for store opening hours.
To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the IKEA Eggstravaganza Activity trail sheet:
- (a) visit the IKEA Reading store and use the Eggstravaganza Activity trail form provided to you in store
- (b) you will need to fill in your activity sheet
- (c) entrants must be aged twelve (12) or under, the details of an adult aged 18 or over must be completed on the sheet
- (d) all entrants must get permission from a parent or guardian to enter the prize draw and the details of the parent or guardian must be entered onto the activity sheet
- (e) Once completed, you must take the worksheet to store entrance and post in blue box provided to enter the prize draw for a chance to win a Children’s Activity pack.
The Prize cannot be redeemed in any other IKEA store, other than the store in which you complete the prize draw entry.
The winner will be selected at random by a computer process. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via the email address provided with in fourteen (14) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at a UK address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize.
Multiple entries are not permitted. Only one entry per person will be included in the prize draw.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.

ELIGIBILITY

The prize is open to children the age twelve (12) or under who are UK residents, save for:(a) employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or(b) members of the households of (a) above.
Individuals aged 12 and under can participate in the prize draw provided that a parent or guardian aged 18 provides consent to enter and provides their details on the entry form.
By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

THE PRIZE

There will be 1 prize available.
Prizes may vary depending on available stock, but include:

For a chance to win the Prize the participant must have completed their Eggstravaganza activity trail on the entry form provided and posted in the blue box at store entrance, during the Promotional Period
Only customers who take part in the promotion in participating at IKEA Reading will be eligible to enter a prize draw for the opportunity to win a prize.
The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails stefano.molon@ingka.ikea.com or writes to 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: stefano.molon@ingka.ikea.com or writes to 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION

By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the prize draw, and where relevant, it is confirmed that parent/guardian consent is provided.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
