How long will my spare parts order take to be delivered?
Our spare parts come from our global supplier in Europe, so delivery time will vary depending on your order.
It can take up to 5 business days (7 days in total) for smaller spare parts, like screws, to be delivered. For larger spare parts like a table leg, it can take up to 10 days.
If you've received a confirmation email, there may be a tracking link which will take you to the order status page.
If you still haven't received your spare part, please let us help you - use our Contact Us page to get in touch, and have your order number to hand - it should start with "AS".
