Where can I make a return?
At IKEA, You can return many unopened IKEA products to your local IKEA store, within 365 days, for a full refund. No rush, no complicated conditions.
At present, we are unable to accept returns at any of our partner locations, such as TESCO mobile pick-up/lockers and IKEA Pick-up Lockers. For further assistance with returns see our returns page.
