Can I return a product by post?
If you can't come into store for your return, it is possible in some instances to return small items via post.
If you wish to return your item by post, you can easily start your return on our Parcel Returns page. Please note that your items need to fit into a parcel measuring 60x50x50cm or less, and must not exceed a total weight of 10 kg.
If you encounter any issues with your return, you can reach out to IKEA customer service during opening hours. If you are chatting with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call on 01733520006.
