Can I return a product by post?
If you can't come into an IKEA store to return a shop online order, it is possible in some instances to return small items via post.
If you wish to return an eligible online purchased item by post, you can easily start your return on our Parcel Returns page. Please note that your items' packaged dimensions must be 60cm x 50cm x 50cm or less, and must not exceed a total weight of 10 kg. If your order details do not give the option to arrange a Parcel Return, the product may not be eligible for return via this method.

If you are on a chat with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call IKEA Customer Service on 01733 520006.
