Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA UK online or in store, you can return your product to any IKEA store in the UK.
Please note that you can return IKEA products that you have purchased abroad; however, you will receive the refund on a gift card or refund card. Simply visit the Returns desk located near the exit after the checkouts with your product and proof of purchase. As an IKEA Family member, you can view a full history of your purchases in My Purchases.
You can return items for free at IKEA UK stores. Please note that Plan and Order Points do not accept returns at this time.
