Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA UK online or in store, you can return your product to any IKEA store in the UK.
Please note you can return IKEA products that you have purchased abroad, however, you will receive the refund onto a gift or refund card. Simply visit the Returns desk located near the exit after the checkouts with your product and proof of purchase.
You can return items for free at IKEA UK stores. Please note that the following Plan and Order Points do not accept returns at this time: Preston.
