Can I return products at the IKEA Plan and Order Point or a Collect Near You location?
These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore cannot process returns.
You cannot return products to IKEA Plan and Order Points or Collect Near You locations. We can only accept returns at full IKEA stores, and therefore cannot process returns at Plan and Order Points or Collect Near You locations. If you have purchased an item from either of these locations and wish to return it, you can visit your nearest IKEA store or Contact Us at IKEA Customer Services. If you are chatting with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call IKEA Customer Service on 01733 520006.
