Can I return a product to a collection point?
You can return products to most IKEA stores, but you cannot return products to external collection points.
You can return items to IKEA UK stores. Use the IKEA Store Locator to find your nearest store. Please note that the following Plan and Order Points do not accept returns at this time: Preston. We cannot accept returns at external collection points such as IKEA lockers or Collect Near You trucks. You can Contact Us at IKEA Customer Service during opening hours to arrange a return. If you are on a chat with us, you can get connected to a human co-worker by writing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call IKEA Customer Service on 01733 520006.
