My IKEA gift card is damaged. What can I do?
If the gift card number and pin is still legible, then we can still accept your gift card at the registers of any of our stores, or online.
As long as the card number and the four-digit PIN are still legible on your IKEA gift card, we can still accept the gift card at the registers in our IKEA stores.
For online purchases, you simply enter the number of your gift card and the four-digit PIN during the payment process.
However, if the number and/or PIN are no longer legible, it is unfortunately no longer possible to determine and to redeem the funds on the card.
