Can I use my IKEA Gift Card online?

Yes, you can use gift cards online, as well as in-store.

 We understand that not all of our customers live near an IKEA store. This is why we have made it possible to use gift cards online!

Your gift card will have a long unique number and a 4 digit PIN code on the back. You will need both of these numbers to use your gift card online.

Gift cards have no expiry date, and there is no limit to the number of gift cards you can use online! 

Why does my gift card not have a PIN code on the back?

If your gift card doesn't have a PIN code on the back, this means it is an older refund card which works slightly differently to a gift card. Older refund cards issued in store don't have PIN numbers on the back, and can only be used in-store, not online or via remote payment link.

Dusted off an old blue/yellow gift card? These also don't have PIN numbers on the back and can also can only be used in-store, not online or via remote payment link. These cards do not have an expiry date so can be used any time in the future.
